I sent check out on December 4th for 1057.86 and check out on December 6th for 99.62. Hard to believe they haven't gotten at least first check yet.
The bill for my address is in my neighbors name! UNABLE to get a person!
NOTHING RESOLVED. Notice of disconnection sent to my neighbor- we closed in our new homes same day.
My FPL account was apparently not transferred to new address. FPL messed up!

They burnt a third of my house out.
Had a power surge. This one did the damage.
Considering the neighborhood and I have been calling about surges several times a week for the past 8 years. So the last surge burnt out a third of my house. FPL comes out twenty minutes later, says my house is overpowered. They leave the power on and leave.
10 minutes later, they pull up and say your power shouldn't be on, it could burn your house down. They changed the transformer and admit it's their fault. So I replace TVs, washer, dryer, Ring security system, AC system, breakers, and fridge. I file with them, they admit it's their fault and say they will make it right, jumped through hoops and got nothing still to this day.
I am out about $7,000. FPL sucks...

Reported a tree laying on a powerline at my house 3114 Travelers Palm, and it’s still raining there and they haven’t took care of it
I reported a tree branch, laying on a powerline behind my house and it still hasnt been taken care of
Third time in 2 days trying to get a hold of them to tell them my power has not been fully restored.
The representative took all my information again and made some notes of the problem. He told me being as they had already been in this area and marked me restored that it would be five more days till they could come back. I hope this works but I have my doubts!

Fantastic, quickly fixed power. You guys are fantastic and do more by cutting trees and getting lines up.

Your service is inadequate. I spent over 10 minutes trying to reach a human representative to ask for 'time of day' usage information.
It took me more than 10 minutes to maneuver through your 'auto attendant'. I used to sell and design these systems - I dislike them. I want a human representative. Eventually, I did reach a human who transferred me elsewhere, only for me to be disconnected.
I spent over 31 minutes of cell time on this pointless call. I gave up and navigated the website to find out about 'time of day' usage. I completed a form, but alas, no one called me back. Am I surprised?
No, you have a monopoly, why should you care! I either pay you or I go without electricity. I know we have the right meter because I can read my 'time of day' usage. Why am I not on that system?!!!

I checked it and there is no difference in the rate whether I dry clothes or run the dishwasher after 11PM. I am intelligent enough to look at the usage and the applicable charge.
