This is the most terrible customer service I have ever used. I have been trying for one hour to speak to a live person. It is impossible to get the correct phone number or is there a live person working for FPL, ridiculous.

No human to talk too. No power, we have sick kids with medication needed to be refrigerated, a boil water notice, and zero ability to get in touch with a human. How do I boil water and medicate my kid

See above. No power, no human being to speak too, a boil water notice by the city yet no ability to do that.

Customer service is *** poor, too bad we do not another option because I would love another option for power services. Who is reimbursing or replacing my kids medicines and all perishables?

If you guys could actually have human being answer the phone for customer services that would be appreciated as the robots do not understand. I wish I could give you zero stars, this is fantastic situation with 2 sick kids under 6 years old and no timeframe on

Downed Street Light Power Line. I have called on two previous occasions over one year.

Someone would come out and say they will send a crew out to fix and nobody would ever come back. This was my third attempt and still no no avail has anyone done anything to fix a potentially dangerous issue. Guess FPL is waiting for someone to die and make headlines not to mention get sued heavily before anything gets done. Some trees were cut recently and the downed wire was resting on top of these trees.

Now wire is hanging about six feet off the ground. I called FPL to inform them of the dangerous cable. They promised it would be resolved and still just all talk and no action. At this point I have done all I can to prevent a tragedy.

Unfortunately FPL doesnt care if anyone dies as long as they collect a bill every month. At least that is what there actions show. I have warned the neighbors about the danger. I have also advised them on how long I have been trying to get them to fix this.

About six months ago on my second attempt the one person that showed up said they had to get a tree removal company to cut down a portion of my rear neighbors avocado tree that had grown around cable and was the cause of snapping the cable in the first place. Obviously nothing was done then as it hasnt been done now.

I have all this documented. Ill be sure to pass this documentation to our local news outlets if god forbid something terrible happens to someone.
