Florida Power And Light Company - FPL REALLY SUCKS
I called FPL and after giving me a bunch of useless information, it continues to talk about things that are not informative to my call. You should be able to press O and get a live person.
With all the money that FPL gets from over charging clients, they should have live operators from the USA to answer every call. Companies need to stop being cheap and get the proper tools to run these businesses.
It would be smart for another energy company to open and give them a run for their money. HORRIBLE 20 minutes to wait on a live operator only to be disconnected......FPL SUCKS FOR REAL

FPL is absolutely HORRIBLE! They have way, way, too many high paid employees and yet they have horrible customer service!
